Follow the following process.

First, Submit the given below information.

PRELIMINARY ENQUIRY

Second, Our reply mail will be delivered to you. Wherein, the mutual convenient TIME (as per Indian Standard Time) for conference will be discussed and finalized.

Third, Patient has to telephone to the above given telephone or mobile number and thereby the conference will be started. Dr.Murthy will conduct the conference.

ADVICE: It is advised, before starting the conference, the patient is to prepare well for explaining his problems or sufferings or disease etc., and keep ready any Medical records on hand for answering well. The conference may continue 30 to 40 minutes, for which the patient is to prepare and plan well. Any pause or interval or rest etc are allowed at their request. The conference will be held in ENGLISH LANGUAGE ONLY. They may arrange their own TRANSILATOR beside them. Dr.Murthy will encourage well with his communication skills. The conference may be continued further on the other appointed day and time as required.

Fourth, Later the medical advices will be continued through mails.
